At this time, Heritage Hills Veterinary Clinic is OPEN for normal business hours. There are many policies we have kept and put in place to help ensure that we limit the transmission of sicknesses but still provide the best care possible for you and your pet.

Please DO NOT visit the clinic if you have:

-Cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat.
-Travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days.
-Been exposed to some who is or may be infected with the COVID-19 virus, or showing signs of illness.

Our Promise to You:

– Heritage Hills Veterinary Clinic will be offering curbside service only. Please call when you arrive at the clinic, and we will assist you further. Remain in your vehicle, and we will do the rest for you! 780-417-4770

-If you are ill and your pet needs assistance, please call us. We will do our best to help you and your pet receive necessary care.

We strive to ensure safety for you and the pets that you care for. Please consider the seriousness of this situation and employ thorough personal and community hygiene. If you are feeling sick or ill, please stay home and focus on feeling better. We encourage you to frequently wash your hands, and practice social distancing techniques. We will also be following this advice in order to continue providing you with the safest and best care possible.
